Our client is one of the top Electrical and Electronics companies, headquartered in Japan. They are also a great stepping stone to those just starting out. They are actively looking to hire a Training Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Support the Technical Training team
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translate requirements into trainings that prepares employees for the changing needs
- Develop and update annual training program, teaching plans, production of handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Facilitate structured learning experiences, monitor and assess training effectiveness
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect current trend or requirements
- Maintain training records
- Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system), ensuring instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available
- Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members
- Update and maintain budgets for all costs associated with training and provide expenditure report
- Responsible for general administrative duties such as coordinating enrolment, scheduling class times, locations and sending invitation information to trainees
- Other duties as assigned

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Training with 1 year of relevant experience in training support
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and resourceful team player
- Independent and self-motivated individual, able to work with little supervision
