We are looking to hire an intern for our team due to business expansion. Grab is expanding and at its optimal business cycle, and this would be the best and exciting time to join us.

**Get to know the Team**

Regional Brand and Country Marketing drive the marketing strategy and activity planning across Grab’s diverse product portfolio. We’re responsible for both the marketing roadmaps and budgets in each individual country as well as the tentpole multi-country campaigns for Grab corporate brand, and new product launches like GrabMart.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Works directly with Head of Regional Brand and Country Marketing on a wide spectrum of projects across marketing - from digital marketing to audience segmentation to budget and spend analysis to optimizing creative for mobile video, and others.
- The end-goal of each project is to analytically identify frictions and gaps in current as-is processes and outputs and to systematically improve the quality of work and the rigor of thinking/analysis
- Expected to be able to compile and summarize extensive desk research on a topic, extract data from table tables, and sort and analyze data.
- Combine the study of numbers with contextual analysis with expert interviews to form strong opinions on a topic or problem, even if it’s in an area you may have less experience of previously

**Learning Objectives**:

- This role best suits a person with a non-marketing background who probably never considered marketing as a career (in fact you likely studied something very different - economics, computer science, engineering, etc)
- But you think this internship might give you a crash-course immersion in an area you’ve always been a little curious about
- At the end of the internship you should have mastered summarizing complex information into clear analyses and recommendations designed specifically for senior management level audience to take informed actions

**The Must-Haves**:

- You’re a lifetime over-achiever.
- You’re academically at the top of your class (Top 10 percentile), you also enjoy pursuing knowledge and skills outside of school work for pleasure.
- Outside of school, you’re the kind of person who has always cared enough to start things, call out problems and change things for the better, and you rarely wait to be told what to do
- You have exceptional excel or Gsheet skills and time / project management to never miss deadlines without being nagged
- Available for minimum 3 months
