Ensure safe work procedures are implemented at the work sites.
- Conduct daily TBM and make sure important messages are passed down clearly to the teams.
- Read through and understand the Risk Assessment prepared by the Risk Management team and brief to the teams.
- Report immediately to his direct superior regardless of any minor or major incident and accident.
- Check and monitor his team members health condition and report to superior if anyone if feeling unwell.
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes and to take measures to eliminate/minimize the risk.
- Working overtime, on Sundays/Public Holidays as and when required.
- To arrange and coordinate for mobilisation and setting up of machineries and equipment for new jobsites.
- To assist on the ordering of materials and follow up on the delivery of materials ordered with store & purchasing department.
- To coordinate with suppliers on delivery of materials, equipment, repair, servicing etc.
- Arrangement of logistics and transportatin with transport coordinator.
- To ensure all company's machineries, equipment and properties are well taken care of at all times.
- To report to Managers on matters which require their attention.
- To execute the work according to the plan/program given by the Managers or Engineers and plan ahead to ensure smooth execution of work.
- To troubleshoot any technical and operation site issues.
- To supervise and guide all manpower under his charge.
- To coordinate work with main contractors and subcontractors on all site work related matters.
- Try to resolve conflicts between team members.
- To accept any ad-hoc job assignment as and when required.
