We are Athlèse Personal Training, a high-end private training studio in Singapore, dedicated to offering personalized 1-on-1 personal training services. To enhance our brand presence and client experience, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help bring our vision to life.

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Athlèse Personal Training, 11 Jln Bingka, Singapore 588908 Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, with performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Campaigns - Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Social Media Management - Manage official social media accounts. - Create engaging content, including fitness tips, videos, and client success stories. - Interact with followers and grow the online community.
- Advertising & Lead Generation - Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI. - Identify and convert leads through both online and offline channels.
- Data & Market Insights - Analyze campaign performance and report findings with actionable recommendations. - Stay updated on industry trends to refine marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing or related roles; fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus. - Skills: - Proficiency in social media management and advertising tools. - Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). - Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). - Personal Traits: - Creative thinker with excellent execution skills. - Goal-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively. - Passionate about fitness and wellness.
