TCM Branch Sales Manager

The TCM Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic or branch, focusing on patient care, business performance, and team management. This role requires leadership skills, sales focus, and the ability to promote TCM services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or more outlets and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Lead and motivate consultants, beauticians, and therapists to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
- Plan and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Organize in-clinic activities such as trial treatments, health talks, or product sampling to boost sales.
- Monitor sales performance and implement incentive programs to drive results.

Skills and Qualities
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to identify marketing opportunities and create effective promotions.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
- Basic knowledge of TCM practices is a bonus.

Salary Range (mandatory):
$4000- $6000 + Attractive Commission + Bonus (Total income: $7000-10000)

At least 2 year(s) of working experience
Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Energetic, sales driven, self-motivated & independent

Preferably Managers specializing in Asethetic/ Beauty/TCM Service or equivalent.
