Job Description

You will be supporting the Investments team at CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL) and report to the Assistant Vice President, Investments at CLINTMPL.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in formulating investment strategies that are in line with the overall business plan of Capitaland India Trust Management Pte Ltd
- Identify suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc) and generate investment leads (direct and indirect) to fulfill assigned targets
- Independently handle execution of financial modelling, feasibilities and investment papers for deals
- Structure deals to optimize returns for CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd
- Assist in negotiations and closing deals in a time efficient manner
- Supervise due diligence and documentation to safeguard the interest of CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd

Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Investment or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant real estate investment experience; investment experience in India preferred
- Exposure to capital markets would be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel
