Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Vice President, Premier Direct Relationship Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Achieve a high service standard by ensuring efficient and quality service to customers
- Maintain a high standard of operational and risk compliance by ensuring that standards and workflow are in continuous adherence to Group Standards and local regulations
- Execute instructions from clients promptly to service level agreements and accurately, following up on any pending items, responding to customers’ request, queries and complaints promptly, and working closely with other departments to ensure that customers instructions and requests are executed correctly and followed up in a timely manner
- Build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to retain and develop sustainable relationships
- Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Some proven and progressive financial services or retail sales experience or equivalent
- Evidence of strong service experience in banking industry
- Relationship management experience with Premier clients
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
- Understanding of business banking client segment, products and services
- Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
- Able to communicate well in English and local languages
