- Design and implement **highly granular* **cost optimization strategies that reduce AWS bills by 50% or more without sacrificing performance or scalability, working with hundreds of concurrent instances and services.
- Secure highly sensitive data and systems in compliance with **zero-trust security models* **, designing advanced IAM policies and using AWS encryption and network security tools to prevent any possible vulnerabilities.
- Develop **multi-cloud solutions* **that integrate AWS with other cloud providers (GCP, Azure) seamlessly, enabling hybrid cloud architectures that can handle mission-critical workloads at global scale.
- Solve AWS performance issues that others cannot, finding bottlenecks and failures across multi-layered services using advanced monitoring tools like CloudWatch, X-Ray, and third-party integrations.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using *advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC)* practices, employing AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform with a level of sophistication that minimizes manual intervention to near zero.
- Contribute to the *evolution of AWS services*—work directly with AWS teams to influence and test cutting-edge services, potentially even contributing to beta testing and product feedback.
- Lead global disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring the continuity of complex cloud-based systems with automatic failover mechanisms and *zero data loss*.

**#### *We’re Looking for Someone Who:**
- *Has deep, hands-on experience* with almost every AWS service (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, EKS, CloudFormation, Redshift, Kinesis, etc.) and knows how to leverage these services in *cutting-edge, complex systems*.
- Can *design architectures* that are not just scalable, but also ultra-efficient, highly secure, and resilient in a highly dynamic cloud environment.
- Has *in-depth knowledge* of AWS best practices for security, compliance, and governance, including advanced IAM policy management, VPC flow, custom CloudTrail alerts, and maintaining compliance at scale in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, PCI).
- Is a *master of automation, with experience designing and maintaining **highly complex CI/CD pipelines* using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitOps practices.
- Is familiar with *AWS emerging technologies, including but not limited to**:AWS Graviton, **AWS Outposts, **Amazon Elastic File System (EFS), **Amazon QLDB, and **Amazon Elastic Inference*.
- Is an expert at *cost optimization* in complex environments with a deep understanding of Reserved Instances, Spot Instances, Savings Plans, and AWS Budgets. Able to cut cloud costs by a significant margin without affecting system performance.
- Has demonstrated *thought leadership* in cloud technology, having contributed to open-source cloud tools, written technical blogs, or spoken at AWS re:Invent or similar conferences.
- Has experience designing systems that handle *millions of transactions per second, utilizing highly parallel processing techniques like **AWS ParallelCluster* and *Amazon S3 Select*.
