- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits and staff welfare
- Prepare employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Manage employee training records.
- Assist employees with claims, forms and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
- Manage procurement and stock inventory of office stationery and staff purchases.
- Manage company’s contracts on expiry and renewal.
- Liaise with building management on building maintenance & services.
- Oversee courier services and record administration.
- Handle phone calls & attend to enquiries
- Any other duties and projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- **Diploma in HR Management, Business Admin or related**:

- **Welcome entry level - Training provided**:

- Positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office
