Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements to complete monthly reporting package
- Drives and executes the Month End Close process
- Preparation and consolidation of annual SSC budget and revision process and analysis
- Manages the Fixed Assets registration and reporting
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Withholding Payments, Income Tax, GST returns, etc.
- Support preparation of legal entities accounting book ensuring compliance with all local accounting, tax and regulatory requirements and standards
- Lead / support daily Finance operations (GL, treasury)
- Lead / support process improvement initiatives and compliance monitoring activities
- Lead / support finance related projects to improve productivity, compliance or governance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist manager to oversee daily operations of the finance function. Support operations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance or Economics, and possess a professional qualification
- Experience providing financial advisory and support for multiple projects
- Experience in Big 4 is preferred (2-3 years or more)
- Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel
- Solid experience in consolidation within MNC environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively within the team
- Well-developed prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Solid experience in process improvement implementation, compliance & controls
