Position Title: Junior Squads Coach and Program Coordinator

Location: Singapore

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Program Management: Manage the junior squads training schedules, competitions, and athlete development plans.
- Athlete Development: Design and implement individualized development plans for gymnasts within the program, focusing on skill acquisition, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.
- Competition Preparation: Working with the athletes to prepare them for competitions, potential to travel to international competition organizing the logistics.
- Collaboration with National Bodies: Establish and maintain strong relationships with national gymnastics associations and governing bodies to ensure alignment with national team selection criteria and opportunities for our gymnasts.
- Community Engagement: Act as an ambassador for The Yard Singapore within the gymnastics community, participating in events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote the club and its competitive program.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching and/or managing competitive gymnastics programs.
- Competitive Gymnastic experience essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes and dealing with parents.
- In-depth knowledge of gymnastics training techniques, competition regulations, and athlete development principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate training and competition schedules.
