**The Role**:
In SNKRDUNK, design plays a pivotal role in enabling us to serve our users better. SNKRDUNK Designers design for impact and seek to create a user-centric experience for our users and communication platforms. As a Designer, you’ll delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them. you’ll collaborate with teams to constantly refine SNKRDUNK and create innovative, great-looking products and communities that people love to use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the business and user needs, and aligning them into corresponding design ideas and solutions
- Visualize the core concept, develop the key visual and the related visual assets, using Figma, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator and more, contribute marketing promo execution
- Cooperate with the product, marketing team and development team to follow up the implementation and landing effect of the design plan
- Stay up to date on graphics and design trends, resources and innovation to push boundaries and enhance SNKRDUNK
- Work closely with teams to ensure consistency of brand assets and design language across SNKRDUNK’s digital products
- Execute marketing campaign visual assets for effective storytelling

**Preferred Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in design or a relevant field
- UI, UX, 3D and motion design skills are bonus
- Experience in design within the relevant industry (e.g., tech, e-commerce) is bonus
- Understanding of visual design elements, color, and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends
- Developing graphics for Key visual and related extensional materials
- Capable of working across a suite of creative software from Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, figma..etc
- Ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload
- Experience working on a tight production schedule and translating ideas into action
- Good communicator and ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Good time management skills and creative situational awareness ability. Experience in project management
- Knowledge of sneakers, Trading card game, street cultures, and/or fashion are bonus
