Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads and grow existing client relationships within contract logistics and freight forwarding.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in contract logistics, freight forwarding, or related supply chain services.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.Willing to travel for client engagement and business development activities.
