**Key Tasks**:
- Provide the full spectrum of administrative support to Group CEO/Chairman/CEO and any other Senior Management staff as requested
- Provide admin support in calendar management, travel arrangements, and scheduling of meetings for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the efficient functioning of office arrangements, including but not limited to seating arrangements, renovation whenever needed, induction of joiners, ensuring that new joiners have the required ICT equipment for the fulfillment of their roles
- Administer exit procedures are followed when the occasion calls for it
- Oversee office layout and renovation whenever necessary
- Ensure that pantry supplies, office supplies are adequate all the time
- Provide support to the family of the Group CEO/Chairman whenever it is required
- Work with the Human Resource Head to ensure work passes are renewed on time for expatriates
- Ensure that student passes of the family of the Group CEO/Chairman are obtained and renewed on time
- Provide support for other projects/assignments whenever Management requires
**Pre-requisites**:
- Tertiary educated with 5 years of experience in managing an office for senior management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in English and German to interact with overseas investors and for translation of documents from one language to the other
- Willing to work at Tuas office occasionally
