**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Grooming & Detailing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and enhancing the appearance of our clients’ vehicles—both inside and out—ensuring each vehicle meets our premium quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct interior detailing such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, leather treatment, and window cleaning.
- Inspect vehicles post-service to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.
- Manage and maintain cleaning tools, products, and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in car detailing or automotive grooming is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
