In line with their growth strategy, they are looking to hire a Transaction Manager for their Singapore Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake assigned new business and transaction management activities of existing clients, ensuring timely execution of transactions and full compliance with corporate trustee obligations
- Oversee all aspects of transactional legal documentation, including transaction structuring, legal, tax, accounting, operations and internal board reporting
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on the identification, assessment and resolution of transactional issues
- Handle all stages of negotiation of specialized counterparty documentation which may include Trust Deeds, financing agreements, service agreements and other agreements
- Act as a client’s key contact and liaise with intermediaries including the client’s transaction management teams and/or outside legal counsel
- Liaise with the Perpetual Singapore team’s compliance and risk managers, business representatives, operations personnel and others on transaction execution and other client matters
- Assist the compliance and risk team with all due diligence when on boarding new client mandates and their ongoing periodic reviews

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 7 years’ prior experience in corporate finance, legal or trustee services
- Experience in handling legal documentation and in real estate, trustee and corporate fiduciary services would be highly advantageous
- High attention to detail and strong compliance focus
- Demonstrable experience managing key stakeholders across all levels of business
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
