**JOB SCOPE**
- Manages sales of food and handle cashier duties
- Provide good customer service
- Responsible for allocation stall outlet operational needs such as:

- Opening and/or Closing of Food Outlet
- Simple preparation of food ingredients in a hygienic manger _(e.g.: wash & cook rice, wash vegetables) _
- Support the cook / chef in the display presentation and garnishing of cooked food
- Liaise orders with suppliers and check for the consistent quality of purchased goods
- Perform general housekeeping
- Maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage
- Utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen, and storefront
