**Job Summary**
- Lead a team to meet operations KPIs of safety, quality, on time delivery and cost effective
- Provide guidance to the team to meet goal and targets
- Drive process improvements through the usage of CMS and Lean Six Sigma tools
- This position is within the Digital Center of Excellence

Ensure a production team safely use and maintain machine/assembly tools, equipment per procedure and work instruction (WI).
- Ensure safety guidelines and standard strictly implemented in shop operation.
- Provide guidance to technicians in various manufacturing functions and ensure a team to perform a good quality production.
- Manage day-to-day production to optimize resource and achieve on time delivery and best productivity.
- Ensure the smooth workflow of the shop by managing the manpower through responsibilities assignment and schedules preparation for the team
- Work to continuously improve in all areas to be in line with plant's objectives and KPIs-Implement and maintain shop production standard per CMS Elements: SFDM, 6S, TPM, A4 Problem Solving, ESP, RIE, SMED-Perform coaching and counselling for employees to improve shop performance
- Chair toolbox meetings, objective setting and performance review for the team-Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Job Qualifications**
- More than 5 years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent preferred
