**What a College Intern - Industrial Digital Print, Product & Solution Operations does at HP**:
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product team, Segment leads, and Sales teams to align operations
- Contribute to technical and commercial discussions related to industrial print solutions
- Lead improvements projects in processes and tools used by the team and our interfaces
- Communicate findings, proposals, and recommendations to management

Project Management and Process Improvement
- Participate in project teams and take ownership of less complex operational initiatives within the Product and Solutions team scope
- Develop an understanding of industrial print production workflows and technologies

Knowledge Building and Continuous Learning
- Seek opportunities to expand domain-specific knowledge and skills
- Demonstrate a proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or a related technical discipline.
- Previous internship or work experience in a go-to-market, product or project teams, or industrial engineering environment is preferred.
- Understanding of industrial print production processes and technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and spreadsheet tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Basic project management experience and an understanding of process and project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 5-6 month internship starting in January 2025.
