- Offers key assistance in identifying suitable potential suppliers aligned with business objectives, embodying a commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a strategic approach to supplier engagement.
- Supports the escalations stemming from part, supplier, or client issues, offering timely resolutions and mitigations.
- Works with suppliers to implement specified changes to product or process to reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs.
- Drives internal system and process enhancements, aiming to enhance overall supplier performance across diverse categories.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Undergraduate in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Skills: Effective Communication, Results Orientation, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency
- Able to commit to a 5-6 months full time internship, starting in January 2025. Part-time arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
