**Position: Product Merchandiser for Theme Parks
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute merchandise strategies aligned with the park's brand and target audience.
- Curate a diverse range of merchandise, ensuring a balanced product assortment for different guest segments.
- Collaborate with vendors and licensing partners to develop exclusive merchandise reflecting the park's intellectual properties.
- Create visually appealing and immersive merchandise displays that enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimize stock levels and product availability.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and promotional activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of retail staff, fostering excellent customer service and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in product merchandising, preferably within the theme park, entertainment, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and attention to detail to develop visually compelling merchandise displays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in retail software and systems for inventory management and sales analysis.
