Job Title: Retail Product Merchandiser

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Product Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have prior experience in merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets across Singapore to ensure sufficient stock levels of products and that they are well-displayed.
  • Negotiate with store personnel for better display positions and space.
  • Record and report stock levels, display issues, and competitive activities to the sales manager.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role performing merchandising tasks either for a consumer goods company or retailer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • Monthly Basic Salary SGD1,800
  • Commission
  • $400 transport allowance provided
  • Medical/dental claims, basic hospitalization cover
  • Yearly performance-based increments
Working Hours and Location:

This is a permanent full-time position based in Singapore. You will need to visit retail outlets daily for stock ordering and merchandising. Working hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) with flexible timing. Candidate needs to come back to the office only once or twice a week for meetings.
