Senior Executive, Ipgc Operations

NTU PaCE is at the forefront of advancing postgraduate education by coursework (PGCs) and lifelong learning at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Serving as a central coordinating body, NTU PaCE brings together internal departments and external partners to effectively promote and manage NTU’s PGC offerings. In addition to programmes offered by NTU's Schools, Colleges, and Institutes, NTU PaCE also works in close collaboration with these entities to deliver interdisciplinary Master of Science programmes, as well as Graduate Certificate and FlexiMasters Certificate courses that can serve as pathways to a Master’s degree.
We are looking to fill a newly created role that will support the operations of two upcoming interdisciplinary postgraduate coursework programmes at NTU PaCE: the MSc in Nanotechnology and Nanoscience and the MSc in Engineering Management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the administration of the programmes involving schedules, course registration, fees payment, venues, case studies, faculty evaluations, student certificates and related logistics.- Support in the handling of faculty appointments, approvals, agreements, payments and faculty requests- Help with exam processes involving preparation of exam package, printing of exam scripts, marks entry, moderation, mark lists and related activities.- Build a good relationship with students and attend to their requests on programme related matters.- Provide administrative and logistics support to classes like setting up and supporting hybrid and online classes.- Support overall management of programme like invoice payment and general requirements like coordinating with other departments for information.
Key Competencies- A recognized Degree in any related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and training support operation- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Application- Proactive team player, able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision- Meticulous and able to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines
