Solutions Architect

We are transforming healthcare through Data Intelligence. Our Big Data platform aggregates raw data that reside in disparate information systems and convert them into computable, structured and standardized data so that they could be further processed to derive deep insights and knowledge using natural language processing, machine learning and other AI technologies.

**JOB TITLE**:Solutions Architect

**IN BRIEF**
- We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about healthcare to help our healthcare clients successfully transform their business into high-performing organizations. Our projects span multiple products and solutions for a variety of clients including government agencies, hospitals, medical groups, research institutions, and insurance companies in multiple countries.
- The Solutions Architect is expected to have hands-on experience in healthcare and enterprise architecture. He/she will develop and refine existing enterprise architecture standards and practices to ensure timely, efficient, and high quality project delivery.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Map and define the strategic IT and enterprise architecture context and solution roadmap based on customer requirements.
- Deliver industry and function specific IT architectures based on industry best practices
- Clearly articulate complex technology concepts to the project team and client stakeholders

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project team members to resolve complex technical challenges, establish credibility, and build strong relationships with senior technical staff in the client organization.
- Design and deliver complex cross-domain solutions that span a variety of technologies and use a mix of agile and planned methodologies to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Work on complex challenges with a problem-solving mindset in collaboration with internal teams, client technical teams, client executives, and partners to implement proposed technology strategies and solutions to achieve desired business outcomes
- Participate in and drive deep architecture discussions to build trust and relationships with clients and enable successful project implementation.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Master or Technical degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Engineering/Science background is desired
- 5+ years healthcare industry experience
- Experience in systems design, with the ability to design or explain complex system interactions, including data flows, common system interfaces, APIs, and other methodologies
- Solid understanding and experience with modern technology paradigms such as cloud, digital platform, microservices architecture, DevSecOps, and Agile methodology
- Experience in technology consulting and customer support would be an advantage
- Experience/knowledge of enterprise architecture methodology such as TOGAF is a plus
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Effective project management, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
- Strong and effective presentation skills with a high level of confidence in dealing with C-level executives and IT leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the business, create technical definitions for customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate and mobilize resources, and deliver results
