**Responsibilities**:
**Consumers**
- Understand consumers’ needs and wants, analyze their evolving shopping and buying patterns to increase sales and market share.
- Keep abreast with market trends and respond appropriately and anticipate/forecast future trends.
**Product**
- Source for new brands and products; review existing merchandise to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage the entire acquisition process for new products; from sourcing, negotiating of prices and terms of the contract.
- Manage plans for stock levels, pre-empt and respond to changes in demand and supply and logistics-related challenges.
- Ensuring adequate stock level at all times (for Outlets, E-Commerce, market place, Home Delivery)
- Ensure promotion and pricing administration is updated effectively and accurately.
- Creating SKU, maintaining of company’s inventory list.
- Work closely with relevant internal and external parties on activities to build brand awareness of new products, rejuvenate sales of slow-moving products and drive sales for existing products.
**Supply/Vendor Management**
- Source for new suppliers/vendors, manage with existing suppliers/vendors ensuring quality service is always delivered.
- Ensure suppliers provide quality and safe products.
- Negotiation with suppliers for better product assortment, better costing, and support for A&P programs.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, focusing on vendor management, brand acquisition, and development.
- Liaising with a logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status, and customs declaration.
**Requirements**:
- Min 2 to 3 years experience in Retail or FMCG related field
- Highly driven, results orientated, innovative and analytical with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude and willingness to take up challenges
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commence work within short notice.
- Good written and communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
