As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Elderly Care Trainer who is a registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

**Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars to caregivers on topics such as elderly health and wellness, mobility assistance, medication management, dementia care, and communication skills.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning and facilitate skill development among caregivers.
- Assess the training needs of caregivers through observation, feedback, and consultation with supervisors and managers.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in elderly care practices and standards.
- l Stay updated on current best practices, guidelines, and regulations related to elderly care and incorporate them into training programs as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, performance evaluations, and follow-up assessments.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to caregivers, offering guidance and assistance as needed to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback for reporting purposes.
- Act as a resource person for caregivers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on matters related to elderly care and support.

**Requirements：**
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of geriatric working experience in a healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of geriatric care practices, health, safety, and well-being.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Patient, empathetic, and compassionate attitude towards elderly individuals and their families.
