As Application Scientist for the Chromatography product line, you will be part of a professional team interacting with sales and marketing stakeholders and must be passionate to support sales activities actively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstration - deliver a high-quality demonstration of the instrument and analytical workflow.
- Sample analysis - develop HPLC/UHPLC method independently, and achieve the best result within timeline to demonstrate the benefits of the instrument.
- Deliver sales training and marketing activities.
- Conduct product, workflow and solution presentations to customers.
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, and organizations.
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

It is, therefore, important that you are technically strong, proactive, communicative and a team player.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree, Master or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences. An advanced degree in a relevant discipline will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with 3 -5 years of relevant experience with **HPLC or UHPLC**.
- Proficient in method development, and basic HPLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with preparative LC, Capillary Electrophoresis, or 2D-LC is a plus.
- Proactive, customer-focused and self-driven.
- Excellent communications & presentation skills to interact with many stakeholders either face to face or virtual.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Willing to travel (40%) on a regular basis within the assigned region.
- Proficient in written and spoken the English language.
