
Sales Admin Co-ordinator

**Job Description**:
1) Provide customers service which includes order taking, enquiries, quotation, order entry and coordinate with all other departments to ensure customers’ requirements are met and followed up.
2) Attend to customers’ complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.
3) Collate and present information based on customers’ feedback or issues encountered at work to superior for review and rectification.
4) Do invoicing
5) Co-ordinate and ensure all delivery orders issued are being signed and returned for invoicing.
6) Assist in preparation of delivery orders which include
- updating of stock lengths, locations & sizes as stated in the cutting instructions
- sorting machining job sheets & to match cutting instructions which are pending for machining
7) Prepare export shipment document, follow up shipping document for GST compliance
8) Issuance of Purchase orders, Pre-stock arrival form with copy of production order for urgent stock supply
9) Assist stock verification work.
10) Provide clerical support relating to the smooth running of the dept.
11) Ensure standard procedure are observed and ensure all tasks assigned are handled safely conforming to the Health and Safety Act and other safety regulations as stipulated within the organisation.
12) Any other duties as and when assigned by the division/Management.
Job Specifications:
a) Academic Qualification : GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
b) Skills & Knowledge : i. Personal computer proficiency, ii. Good interpersonal skills, iii.Self-motivated, iv.Good communication, organization and follow-up and v.Ability to work within minimum supervision.
c) Experience in related : At least 1 years’ experience in sales or administration
