Singapore PEARL MARINE LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. Full time

Submissions of crew sign off, sign on, vaccination bookings and other purposes of crew shore visit in accordance to MPA latest requirements.
- Preparing crew Sign on/ sign off/ shore visit request form (LOU, MDH & FTT)
- Liaise with new crew on their entry arrangement, and consolidating their personal details, documentation and certification including checking authentication of their certificates online.
- Issuing of PPE to New Joiner / Existing crew and keep track of stocks in office.
- Coordinate with Marine & Technical Manger on the arrangement of new crew interview.
- Administrative work (E.g. filing, scanning, generate letter, recording of details, ensuring records are up-to-date)
- Remind Tech / Marine sup to bring crew mails on board.
- Monitoring crew who ended 6-month probation and report to supervisor
- Arranging transportation (sea/land) for crew
- Asist in monitoring crew personal documentation up to date and comply Flag state, MLC and MPA requirement
- To report any crew issue to supervisor if known
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required by supervisor
