**Position Summary**
- The role entails idea generation, developing the depth of understanding of how the business competes, makes products and delivers products and services.
- Understand business needs & outcome to translate them into functional and technical specifications and solutions to deliver the value.
- Individual needs to have deep understanding of supply chain function as well as knowledge of digital and data technologies to be able to unlock relevant use cases and business benefit using the emerging technologies.
- Orchestrating a complex ecosystem (Internal and external) of customers, distributed internal IT development cycles, and technology and business suppliers.
- Collaborate, Shape & Influence regional, cluster and global business partners/ Product owners and execute initiatives that will help the Asia Pacific MedTech achieve its Supply Chain Digital adoption.
- The role expects to fully leverage new (Best of breed) and existing enterprise technology platforms with a focus on meeting internal customers and external customers’ business objectives.
- In this role, you will be part of the APAC regional Supply Chain Digital chapter and global Supply Chain digital council representing the regional MedTech team to shape the strategy, execution and to deliver best in class digital and data capabilities in the end-to-end digital MedTech supply chain.

**Responsibilities / Key Jobs to be Done**
- Shape and lead regional Digital and Data initiatives in APAC Region
- E2E supply chain visibility, Data Strategy, Digital capability enhancement initiatives like collaborative demand portal, Intelligent Automation, Demand sensing, China Digital Strategy
- Think Global Act Local: Understand Global initiatives and their applicability in the regional clusters.
- Working with business leadership on the creation of new digital and data capabilities for the business by envisioning products and services that will create measurable improvement in our supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and technical DS and digital teams to define roadmap and implementation plan for APAC needs
- Partner with business teams to accelerate digital acumen in the region
- Enable self-service and automation capabilities in the region
- Enable communication and change management for adoption of Digital ways of working
- Project manage complex work streams and initiatives across digital business objectives in supply chain
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within supply chain and design/project monitor implementation of solutions to meet these needs.
- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

- Thought leader in developing systems and tools to enable end to end supply chain digital and data capabilities to serve the customer (example - IoT, RPA, Intelligent Automation, Data science, AI, Machine learning, understanding of data platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cloudera, Tableau).
- Thought leader, focusing on driving adoption of digital and data solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and creating an environment that fosters delivering results through collaboration in cross-functional self-organized teams.

- Good knowledge, expertise & past experience in Supply chain related technologies e.g. SAP, Advance Planning tools, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Customer Experience (SFDC and eCommerce) and Data & Analytics (like Big Data and Tableau etc.).
