Supply Chain Transformation Lead

The Supply Chain Transformation Lead position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management outsourcing, with a focus on transformations for at least 9 to 10 years. The role involves leading transformation programs within the supply chain domain and ensuring compliance with contractual productivity commitments by working closely with delivery/account teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and delivering end-to-end supply chain transformation solutions for customers
  • Formulating and deploying digital assets and analytics solutions
  • Leveraging deep domain knowledge in supply chain management to review, guide, and enrich transformation proposals
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their current landscape, infrastructure, and business challenges
  • Developing a transformation roadmap to identify key areas for transformation and drive efficiency and value creation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
