**PWM (Private Wealth Management) ASIA**

PWM secures, develops, and manages relationships with high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities - PWM Product Manager Engineering**

The role includes (but is not limited to):

- Working in close partnership with Business, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Engineering.
- Analysis (business and technical) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinating and representing regional input to global initiatives - requirements review, testing, signoffs.
- Defining and tracking key project delivery metrics (OKRs, measures of success). Communicating status to a diverse senior leadership audience on a regular basis
- Identifying inefficiency and breaks in business process and systems through production support and translating issues to strategic uplift opportunities.

**Basic Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Qualification in an engineering-related discipline, with a strong understanding of and experience in technology concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical skills to distill complex issues - frequently working with incomplete information.
- Evidence of experience in risk management and preferably regulatory in prior roles - both critical aspects.
- Detail oriented with ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Track record of engagement with a diverse group of regional and global stakeholders.
- Commitment to excellence, a commercial mindset, and a desire to deliver quantifiable benefits.

**Preferred Qualifications / Experience**
- Background or a strong interest in wealth management.
- Experience in working as part of a global team.
