Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for management reporting.
- Data integration to enable usage by the various teams/departments.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports to management and other stakeholders, providing insights and analysis on financial performance, key metrics, and trends.
- Support the preparation of key performance metrics (P&L and balance sheet) to track budget progress and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Support project implementation and other requirements set by Management and Head Office.
- Ad-hoc support for preparation of management meeting materials.
- Manage external data vendor engagement and contract matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or accountancy.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience as a data analyst within management reporting; corporate/commercial banking experience will be a plus.
- Strong in problem solving and process improvement, driving change and adoption for continuous improvement.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint with VB Coding is critical. Experience in data processing tools (eg. Anaplan, Alteryx) and data visualization software (eg. Tableau, Power BI) will be an added advantage.
- Being a self-starter, pro-active and team player are key attributes.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
