Our client is a leading Regional Asian Bank based in Singapore and is seeking an AVP- Financial Planning & Analysis.

Some of the key responsibilities include.
- Support the management in strategic planning, operations. Focus on business analysis, revenue and cost management.
- Act as a liaison with the Head Office Banking Division, consolidate information collation across branch units.
- Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring accurate reporting to management and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with accounting policies.
- Be involved in projects involving process improvements, to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A. Recent experience in a banking space will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to address issues holistically while maintaining attention to detail and independence in analysis.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Mandarin speaking skills to liaise with stakeholders based in China
