We are looking for an energetic and driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business by exploring new market opportunities, fostering strong client partnerships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage and service existing client accounts (50%) to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (50%) to expand the corporate client base.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy corporate sales pipeline.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Admin, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents.
- Ensure payments are collected on time and credit terms are properly managed.
- Perform other sales-related duties and required administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Good understanding of sales processes, corporate decision-making, and CRM tools.
- Professional and confident when interacting with corporate clients.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
