_**Job Description**_

We are seeking a dynamic individual eager to dive into a multifaceted role where versatility and adaptability are key. As part of our team, you will undergo comprehensive cross-training, mastering various facets of our operations to become proficient in any given role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, encompassing inbound and outbound processes, as well as the seamless fulfillment of online sales orders (including coordination, packing, shipping, and billing), and managing logistics-related matters.
- Promptly addressing and resolving consumer inquiries and concerns received on e-commerce platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilizing consumer data analysis to discern market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with e-commerce platform account managers to strategize and execute online sales campaigns.
- Developing and evaluating strategies to address both new and existing customer-related issues, continuously refining operational policies and strategic directives.
- Generating and analyzing monthly operational reports to inform decision-making processes.

- Demonstrated drive, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond effectively to diverse situations.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, handling tasks with precision even under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month
