We are looking for a Self Care Planning Manager based in Singapore who will manage Supply Planning of J&J Consumer Finished Goods covering both Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Deployment planning activities in order to maximize customer service and optimize both inventory levels and manufacturing efficiencies constraints. This role will cover Self Care product category manufactured in different sites in APAC region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and lead mitigation plan for all supply challenges including capacity planning, raw and pack material are managed with cross functional team to minimize NTS loss and deliver the business target.
- Support the execution of project Diamond and Jupiter by ensuring supply continuity, identify supply related gaps, system set up and collaborate with key stakeholders to have seamless transition
- Accountable and represent Self Care for UFR, Inventory, Agility, Master Data Audit Findings
- Review and adjust Unconstraint/constrained plans generated in SAP APO, then confirm weekly production plan that is needed to supported markets requirements. Firm/adjust weekly deployment plans generated in APO from the plant to different markets in AP
- Support plant capacity planning process (Rough cut capacity constraint - RCCP) and proactively engage / follow up with stakeholders to address risks and other constraints
- Drive and execute mitigation plan for supply challenges coming from capacity constraint, RPM shortage by working closely with cross functional team (e.g., local supply chain team, VSL, PMO, RRT, Source, and Plant) and lead the discussion if required.
- Lead the discussion of Demand Supply Forum, RCCP, UFR related topic (e.g RRT, VSL, or Self Care LT forum)
- Compliance with APO, SAP process / system: Ensure planning parameters are always reviewed periodically and accurately updated in the planning system (e.g safety stock, lead times, MOQs, STOs)
- Support ad hoc projects or initiatives to support growth or process effectiveness (e.g. NPD/NPI)
- Support transition projects Diamond and Jupiter for system set up, UAT, coordinate with market in their requirement, and other related planning for SKUs in scope

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field related to sciences, engineering or business or other similar qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or manufacturing roles
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP and APO user is a must
- Able to communicate across a wide network situated in multiple countries
- Possesses stakeholder management skills and demonstrates strong qualities to be able to lead projects and a small team
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Results-oriented, independent and has strong bias for action
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
