We are a highly specialised bakery focusing on allergy-friendly, diabetes-friendly and healthier choice cakes and desserts,

Location: Delcie’s Desserts and Cakes - China Town MRT

Time Shift: 6 days / week (Tue-Sun 11am-8pm)

We are a boutique bakery that specialised in baking and decorating special diet cakes.

Salary Range: $3000 - $4000 + 13-month Bonus + Group Insurance

Job Scope: Participation in vegan, allergy free and diabetic-friendly baking, decoration and kitchen work.

**Requirements**:

- Has the ability to lead a team of at least 3 members or more.
- 5 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen setting.
- This job will require the person to handle the team, our daily productions, customised orders and has the opportunity to RND new cakes.
- Has the ability to plan production schedules and stock take.
- Must have commercial production experience in baking and decorating cake (cream and/or fondant) skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computer system.
- Ability to work as 1 unit in a team or alone independently.
- To process a hyper-friendly attitude to connect with the team.
- You must be trainable in the theory of new knowledge and is willing to be trained.
- Work cleanparticularly hygienic - particular with accuracy.
- Finds enjoyment in baking and decorating cakes.
- Provide Training on job for juniors - Vigilance in ensuring every SOP procedure is done correctly.
- Able to work long-standing hours 6 days work week
- Required language: English, Mandarin

What you will learn:

- The way everyone work at Delcie is efficient, with communications with one and other and each knowing their own roles.
- You will be learning about serving and talking to our customers because they are unique people with specific diet requirements e.g. diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, allergic children/adults.
- You will be exposed to using organic and vegan ingredients hands-on.

We do prefer someone with more than 2 years of similar experience working in a kitchen setting.

This job will require the person to handle our daily productions, production team, set forcast reports, conduct meetings, inventory orders and has the opportunity to create new cakes.
