Job description:

- in charge of preparing buttercream and ganache to torte and fill cakes based on client's order request.
- in charge of frosting cakes using dark choclate ganache, 3D sculpted cake included.
- in charge of decorating customised cakes according to client requests, doesn't hurt if you add a couple of you own creative ideas for an added pizzazz
- good eye for design and attention to detail. it's all in the details, even the tiniest ones make a huge difference between a mediocre and a unique cake.
- willing to learn new skills and techniques. we are all about learning and growing together, and finding new ways to take our cakes to the next level.
- baking and cake decorating skills is preferred, minimum 2 years experience.
- team player with good time management to meet deadlines. every cake requires teamwork to bring everything together. Teamwork makes the dream work
- 2 days off.
