This role combines responsibilities in Regulatory Compliance and Data Support, providing an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop skills in data management and regulatory practices. Production Support Analyst will assist in maintaining compliance standards while performing production support initiatives for Wealth countries who now require increased regulatory and legal evidentiary compliance. The Production Support Analyst will ensure accuracy, security, and quality for the Wealth Production Management team. Key Drivers are the increased regulatory and legal requirements production support services and data for PDPA(Singapore), PDPO (HK), GDPR (Europe), PIPL (China), PII(USA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and most recently, United States DOJ requirements to protect US customer data, all of which require the establishment and execution of new production support processes specific to analysis, artifact delivery and reporting to these countries to evidence compliance. The requirements necessitate this support analyst role be placed in Singapore to serve all the key Wealth business in countries such as the Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, UK, Poland, China, United States and other countries and ensure that country owned data is managed in accordance with these regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is responsible to partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions.
- Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of apps support.
- Assist in auditing, maintaining, and improving data quality, developing scalable data processes, supporting compliance with PDPA regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate insights and effective data solutions
- Assist in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance through documentation, regulatory applicability reviews and management of compliance to them, process and policy maintenance, and support to remain compliant.
- Track production services, measure and monitor service levels, analyze and report deviations, service run books for production support and maintenance
- Work with team members to resolve data challenges and improve processes.
- Infrastructure run management including service risk assessments, risk remediation, and active management of service improvements. Work with data management and reporting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with data owners to identify, monitor, and address data quality issues, assisting with corrective actions
- Develop and implement data governance and quality assurance processes as required by client-countries to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining documentation, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all compliance-related policies and procedures are appropriately approved, documented, and communicated within the Production Management Organization.
- Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
- Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
- Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.
- Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.
- Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years experience
- 5 years of experience in data management, regulatory reporting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the financial industry.
- Experience with data governance and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and IFRS
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processe
- Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
