Leading the team and responsible in all aspects of Landscape matters (Turf, Horti & Arbor), including projects development work.
- Managing Landscape Maintenance operation which comprises of effective deployment and management of workforce and resources for maintenance and plant change or festive event display change.
- Responsible for the overall plant health management for diverse landscape management eg. waterbodies, greenwall, moss scape, irrigation system, etc.
- Work closely with various stakeholders and ensure safety compliance on site, performance standards, schedule and cost budget.
- Attending meeting and site inspections with client to achieve the desired service and quality standards
- Preparation of quotations, design proposals and attending to customers’ feedback.
- Coupled with vast knowledge and experience, you will deliver excellent results and revenue to the organization.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in horticulture / Landscape Architecture and above, Higher NITEC/ Advanced WSQ in Landscape Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related industry experiences
- Knowledge in Plants and Trees Identification is critical in this role.
- Good communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Committed to work in meeting deadline.
- Pro-active working attitude with eye for details and artistic flair.
- Practical experience in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Photoshop, Sketch up, etc will be value-added.
