You’re seasoned enough to tackle projects on your own without needing to be spoon-fed, but you know there’s always more to learn. Your mission? At this stage, it’s all about stepping up to the plate. You'll ideate, strategise, and bring creative brilliance to life across local and international brands. We’re looking for someone who not only sees the big picture but also keeps the nitty-gritty details in check. Key Responsibilities:
- **Conceptualisation & Ideation**:Lead brainstorming sessions and develop groundbreaking ideas that elevate event experiences and marketing campaigns. Ensure creative excellence and alignment with client goals by dissecting briefs clearly to uncover core insights, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Creative Direction**:Oversee the creative process from concept through completion, providing strong direction, feedback, and inspiration to the design and production teams.
- **Client Collaboration**:Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and goals. Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence, addressing feedback constructively.
- **Campaign Development**:Create multi-platform strategies that integrate storytelling, visuals, and digital experiences into cohesive event and marketing campaigns.
- **Innovation & Trendspotting**:Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously introduce fresh ideas and creative technologies that push the boundaries of event experiences.
- **Team Leadership & Mentorship**:Mentor junior creatives and foster a collaborative team environment. Lead by example to inspire and encourage creative growth within the team.
- **Project Management**:Collaborate with project managers to ensure deadlines are met, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
- **Brand Stewardship**:Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, aligning with the strategic goals of both the agency and the client.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably in experiential marketing, event design, or related fields
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of event activations, marketing campaigns, and multi-channel creative executions
- Proficiency in presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides) and basic design tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to engage confidently with clients and team members at all levels
- Adaptability and a positive attitude towards learning and growth
