**Creative Strategist**

As our Creative Strategist, you’ll be joining our small but mighty creative studio as _an all-in-one _mid-weight Strategist. You’ll be working alongside the team on a wide variety of projects, from digital ads, social content, to marketing campaigns.

You'll conceive and execute breakthrough ideas that will impact and strengthen users' views on our clients’ brands and their products. Our mandate is to create an unprecedented stream of culture-defining brand work to celebrate the most diverse creative community on the planet. You are comfortable guiding a team through the process of translating research, brand goals, and high-level strategic direction into inspiring and successful creative solutions.

Role:

- Work with the team and create the strategic foundations to help us generate and execute impossible to ignore ideas for the company’s and clients’ branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with senior partners across top clients and their agencies to understand their business goals.
- Leading strategic and creative development across regional marketing projects, offering data-driven directions at every stage of the process, including planning, creative creation, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Monitoring the success of the campaigns as they run, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary.
- You help to ensure that the solutions we generate have the best possible impact on the brands by validating insights and ideas at every step, taking into consideration both objectives and opportunity costs.
- Brainstorm and develop exceptional and well-crafted strategies that meet our clients’ requirements.
- Foster a respectful and collaborative environment. Work alongside disciplined leads on the team, ensuring alignment on all projects and both team and individual goals.

You:

- 8+ years of experience, preferably a mix of creative studio or agency experience and/or leading in-house teams at global brands.
- Ample experience in developing brand positioning, brief writing, and developing strategies for large brands.
- Capable of synthesising and distilling large amounts of information and data in a simple, clear, and concise manner, so that multiple audiences can comprehend and appreciate findings.
- Finger on the pulse of pop culture and the Gen Z audience
- A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.
- Self-starter who can work independently with mínimal guidance.
- Team player who communicates openly to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- Well organised and able to manage your time working towards deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.
