**Duties & Reponsibilities**
- Coordination with Supply Chain on orders & arrange adhoc shipment with 3PL
- Splitting the shipment for orders from Cites / Non-Cites / Dangerous Goods / Lithium Battery
- KSO inspection arrangement for Shoes / Ready-to-Wear / Textile into Indonesia
- Scan approved Cites documents & print all supporting document to attach every shipment to countries via courier service
- Submit Dangerous Goods - MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to service provider for Dangerous Goods shipments
- Amend the material description on SAP invoice for Dangerous Goods shipment to Indonesia
- Preparing shipping documentation prior to exporting
- Arrange courier service to dispatch the CO
- Coordination with Warehouse & Supply Chain on stock rebalancing
- Provide supporting documentation - invoices / packing list- Non-Merchandise Shipment from Communications team - prepare Manual invoice / packing list to countries

PROFIL
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Prior experience in Airfreight and preparation of Certificate of Origin
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- MS Excel proficiency and SAP is mandatory
- Ability to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure, capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently
- Rigorous and meticulous to avoid misunderstanding and miscommunication
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills; Able to work across functional areas / levels of the organization and to interact at distance
