The Program Manager is responsible for maximizing the performance of key, high-revenue customer programs, long-term agreements, and contracts through implementation, administration and proactive monitoring as well as providing business development and field sales support to expand existing programs and capture and implement new opportunities. S/he drives program improvement activities to achieve significant improvement in the execution against the contractual and key business metrics.
**For assigned programs, s/he**: develops and communicates the strategic optimal supply chain strategy across the Materials Management and Forecasting & Inventory organization; calculates program-related costs; ensures contract provisions are communicated and implemented internally and externally; serves as a point of contact to resolve customer issues for assigned programs; participates in contract reviews with internal stakeholders and or customers; and oversees program administration. S/he performs ongoing analysis of key performance indicators for useful business intelligence and opportunities for continuous improvement.
