**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be expected to assist the Operations Lead in daily operational management and administrative support, including the coordination of logistics, procurement and finance. It is your responsibility to maintain and update operational procedures and documentation, prepare reports and presentations related to operations.

**Bin Centre Operation**
- Ensure the bin centre is always clean, neat, and well-organised.
- Make sure recyclables (carton boxes, glass bottles, food waste, etc.) are sorted correctly and placed properly for vendor collection.
- Maintain the security and tidiness of the area, including proper stacking and storage of items.
- Monitor cleanliness and report any issues such as pests or blocked access.

**Vendor & Logistics Coordination**
- Work with vendors to arrange timely pick-up of recyclables and general waste.
- Supervise vendor work such as cleaning and stacking.
- Ensure space is well-managed and prepared for logistics movement.

**Customer Liaison**
- Act as the main point of contact for customers under your charge.
- Understand customer expectations and ensure our work meets their standards.
- Handle any on-site feedback or requests professionally and promptly.

**Other Duties**
- Assist in event cleaning operations, acting as a site supervisor when needed.
- Help with waste audits, including sorting, data recording, and reporting.
- Support clean stream collection projects, coordinating deployment, collection, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Carry out any other tasks & assist in other special projects led by the BD team, assigned by the Operations Lead.
- Support general site management and project execution work as needed.
- Be flexible to take on new responsibilities as we expand operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
