Reports to:
Director, Group Finance Technology and Integration

Role & Responsibility- Manage the end-to-end trading data flows from crypto exchange to finance systems for reporting and reconciliation purpose.- Manage the requirements come from multiple teams (finance operation, finance controlling, FP&A, product controlling) within finance department.- Analyse the requirements and create action plan for crypto exchange product team, system integration team and finance system administrators to deliver the required functions.- Manage the full project cycle (design, development, testing and releasing).- Create walkaround solution for any issue cannot be addressed in time.

Experience / Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance or related field.- 6+ years’ experience in financial service industry.- Previous exposure with financial asset (spot, margin, derivatives) transaction to journal process. Advantageous if the financial asset is crypto.- Be able to use SQL & Python to analyse data.- Basic accounting knowledge for financial instruments, intangible assets, revenue recognition, audit & internal control requirements.- Experience in optimization of the data flow between systems with Scrum approach.- Experience with Workday, Blackline, JIRA, Confluence would be advantageous.- Strong interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset.- Ability to manage through ambiguity and priorities effectively.- “Can-do, make it happen” attitude.- Enthusiastic, energetic and ready to drive change.
