We are currently hiring a **Cargo Operator - Dirty Products** for our Singapore office

**Job Accountabilities**
- Manage the oil operations for both Crude and Fuel Oil as well involvement in LSFO Blending - related to the execution of the commercial contracts - trade life-cycle generated by the Oil Trading Team, including but not limited to: set-up of documentary instructions & voyage orders; dealing with Inspection Companies for related cargo quality/quantity controls etc.
- Be the first point of contact for all internal communication and co-operation regarding the pertaining cargoes such as shipping, credit, etc.
- Promptly & accurately update the cargo positions via the company’s trading system with all latest data regarding b/l dates, actual volumes etc., related costs etc.
- Maintain a good relationship with all office colleagues as well as external clients and counterparties
- Deal with “ad hoc” requests related to operations generated by the Trading Team.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls as well as external/legal/sanction requirements:

- Manage storage location(s) including stock reconciliation.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years Cargo Operational experience in either an Oil Trading company or Oil Major, preferably with Fuel oil blending and/or Crude oil experience.
- A good understanding of shipping, charterparties, voyage orders & associated documentation, commercial contracts, letters of credit, invoice preparation.
- Prior experience managing a storage and or blending programme/position.
- Able to manage time sensitive information and activities.
- High standard written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and the terminology associated with the oil industry.
- Strong facilitation, planning, organizational, analytical skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A team player.
