
Native Ads Manager

As our Native Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing native ad campaigns that seamlessly integrate with the user experience on various digital platforms. You will work closely with our clients to develop campaigns that match the look, feel, and function of the surrounding content, while still delivering the right message to the target audience.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of native advertising best practices, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize campaign performance. You should also have experience with content marketing, as native advertising is often used in conjunction with content to drive engagement and build trust with the target audience.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will also be responsible for managing other digital marketing channels as needed, such as search engine marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising. You should be comfortable working with data and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions, and you should be able to collaborate effectively with other team members and clients to deliver outstanding results.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive native advertising strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize native ad campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and develop actionable insights to improve performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually optimize native ad campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives to ensure successful campaign execution and account management
- Manage the native ad budget and ensure campaign spending aligns with overall business objectives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in native advertising or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of native ad platforms, including Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and more
- Proficient in campaign tracking and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches to native advertising
