Job Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the Owner/ Class/ External Designer for the specific design requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Lead team to the general conceptual and basic design.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry practices.
- Perform naval architecture calculations such as speed performance prediction, stability/hydrostatic, scantling assessment, weight distribution, launching calculation, etc.
- Responsible for delivering the respective project design drawing and document.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the marine/offshore industry Hull & Hull / Naval Architecture design.
- Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
- Good knowledge and skill on coaching and structural/naval architecture design.
- Familiar with GHS/NAPA/FEMAP/Autocad/MS office
- Good communication, analytical skills
